The Viper Power Key has been designed and manufactured in-house in Derby, UK. Built to the highest standards of quality and reliability, the Power Key is fully HSE compliant and has been developed to provide a safer, more efficient method of operating difficult gate valves.
With hundreds of successful valve releases completed to date, the Viper Power Key has a proven track record of delivering reliable, effective performance in demanding environments. When used correctly, it provides a safe and controlled solution for releasing seized or difficult-to-operate valves, helping to reduce manual effort and minimise the risk of damage to both equipment and operators.
The Power Key is ideally suited for operating 2″ to 12″ gate valves with either direct stem or handwheel operation. Each unit is supplied in a heavy-duty carry case and includes comprehensive training at the point of handover, ensuring operators are fully confident in its safe and effective use.
